2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is presented
• The item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items (see Section 4)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
• Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers
• Consumable or hygiene-related products once opened (e.g., personal care items)
• Items purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

• A replacement of the same item
• Store credit
• A full refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Original payment method (card): 5–10 business days
• Tabby / Tamara installments: Refund is coordinated with the respective provider; timelines may vary
• Store credit / wallet: Credited within 1–2 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different colour or variant of the same product, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.

• If the return is due to a defect or our error, Falcon Corporation FZC will cover the return shipping cost.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Hive Cart is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

9. Warranty

Most electronics sold on Hive Cart carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims for defects arising after the 7-day return window should be directed to the manufacturer or brand service centre. We are happy to assist you identify the correct contact.
